where Pt(h,k) is the center and r is the radius

x^2+y^2-10y-24=0   ||Putting in standard form

x^2  +y^2-10y +25 = 24 + 25

x%5E2+%2B+%28y-5%29%5E2+=+49+=+7%5E2   C(0,5)  and r = 7
