f(x)=3-6x

 y = 3 - 6x   ||Finding the Inverse (interchanging the x and y )

 x = 3 - 6y'

 6y' = 3-x

 y' = (3-x)/6

f '(9) = (3-9)/6 = -6/6 = -1
