Hi,

Juan needs to mix a 30% ethanol solutionhighlight%28200-x%29 with a 60% ethanol solutionhighlight%28x%29 

to create 200 millileters of a 57% solution.

Mixing Algebraically

 .30(200-x) + .60x = .57•200

       .30x = .27•200

          x = 180mm of the 60%  and 20mm of the 30%
