You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If M workers can do a job in D days, how long would it take 40 workers to do the same job?

The job takes M*D worker-days to accomplish
1 worker takes-----------M*D days
2 workers takes------------(M*D)/2 days
M workers takes -----------(M*D)/M =D days
40 workers takes ------------(M*D)/40 days
