3x^3+5x^2+4x+2     ||x =  -1, one solution: -3%2B5-4%2B2+=+0

using Synthetic Divsion

-1	3	5	4	2

 	 	-3	-2	-2

 	3	2	2	0

results in:  

3x^2 + 2x + 2 

x+=+%28-b+%2B-+sqrt%28+b%5E2-4%2Aa%2Ac+%29%29%2F%282%2Aa%29+

x+=+%28-2+%2B-+sqrt%28+-20%29%29%2F%286%29+

    x = -1/3 ± 1/3sqrt(5)
