y+=+6 so the y intercept is the point (0, 6)
x intercept occurs when the y coordinate = 0

-6+=+%28-3%2F4%29+x
-6%2A+%284%2F3%29+=+-x+
-8+=+-x
+8+=+x
so the x intercept is the point (8, 0)
