g(x) = x^2 + 2x + 6
...
for g(2), insert 2 for x
g(2) = 2^2 + 2(2) + 6 = 4 + 4 + 6 = 14
...
for 2g(2), 2 times g(2)
2(g(2)) = 2(4 + 4 + 6) = 2(14) = 28
