3x-2y < 6   0r  (3/2)x - 3 < y 

I.  consider y = (3/2)x - 3   ||(x,y) ordered pairs Pt(0,-3) and Pt(2,0) on this Line  0+=%283%2F2%29x+-+3 x = 2 

II Sketch that Line

III.  Shade ABOVE that Line as y > (3/2)x - 3 (Let You do the shading)
