SOLUTION: Hello me and my friend are having trouble finding the zeros of a polynomial function
P(x)=2x(x^2+9)(x^2-2)
we foiled everything out to P(x)=x^4+7x^2+2x-18
and then we trie

Question 671593: Hello me and my friend are having trouble finding the zeros of a polynomial function
P(x)=2x(x^2+9)(x^2-2)
we foiled everything out to P(x)=x^4+7x^2+2x-18
and then we tried finding our P/Q and using synthetic division to get a zero, but we couldn't get the right answer. The answer is supposed to be 0,+-sqrt(2)
