I HATE FRACTIONS. So, multiply by 3 to get rid of all the fractions.
3(4m + 10/3 = 14/3)
12m + 10 = 14
12m = 14-10
12m = 4
m = 4/12 = 1/3

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
+4m+%2B+10%2F3+=+14%2F3+
Multiply both sides of the equation bt +3+
+3%2A%28+4m+%29+%2B+3%2A%28+10%2F3+%29+=+3%2A%28+14%2F3+%29+
+12m+%2B+10+=+14+
Subtract +10+ from both sides
+12m+%2B+10+-+10+=+14+-+10+
+12m+=+4+
Divide both sides by +12+
+%2812%2F12%29%2Am+=+4%2F12+
+m+=+4%2F12+
Divide top and bottom by +4+
+m+=+1%2F3+
-------------------
Check the answer:
+4m+%2B+10%2F3+=+14%2F3+
+4%2A%281%2F3%29+%2B+10%2F3+=+14%2F3+
+4%2F3+%2B+10%2F3+=+14%2F3+
+14%2F3+=+14%2F3+
OK
