Graph each of the following inequalities: 4x + y greater than or equal to 4.

4x + y >= 4
:
Put it in the general"y=" form:
y = 4 - 4x
:
Substitute these values for x and find y:
:
x = -1, substitute -1 for x in the equation:
y = 4 - 4(-1)
y = 4 + 4
y = 8
:
x = 0, do the same here
y = 4 - 4(0)
y = 4
:
x = +1, and here
y = 4 - 4(1)
y = 0
:
A table would look like:

0|+4
+1| 0
