Question 667923: Use Standard form (x and y intercept) to graph
1) X- INTERCEPT = -2, Y-INTERCEPT = -2
What exactly am I supposed to do i don't know if I'm supposed to solve this or graph it. I'm stuck on what to do and my cap math class teacher gives no example on what it is I'm supposed to do or notes to assisst. What is this problem asking and how do I solve others like it?

You can put this solution on YOUR website!

Hi,
Use Standard form (x and y intercept) to graph
x-intercept= -2 y-intercept=-2
Line:(-2,0) and (0,-2) on this line
Plot points and connect with the Line

If you wish can find the Equation for this line
(-2,0) and
(0,-2) m = 2/-2 = -1,
y = -x+b, -2+=+0+%2B+b b = -2,
y = -x - 2
