Hi,

Using the standard slope-intercept form for an equation of a line y = mx + b

  where m is the slope and b the y-intercept.

 3x +2y = 9  0r  y = (-3/2)x + 9/2  ,  m = -3/2

line that is perpendicular to the above line:  m = 2/3
