You can put this solution on YOUR website! If f(x)=4x-7,g(x)=3x+18,and h(x)=-5x+2, find (f+g-h(x)
f+g-h(x) just says "add f and g, then subtract h", so:
(4x - 7) + (3x + 18) - (-5x + 2)
4x + 7 + 3x + 18 + 5x - 2 (removed parenthesis and remembered to distribute that - sign before (-5x + 2))
12x + 23 (combined all like terms)
f+g-h(x) = 12x + 23
