You can put this solution on YOUR website!

1%2F5+%2B+3%2F6=-1%2F2+...common denominator for 5 and 6 is 30; so, multiply 1%2F5 by 6 and 3%2F6 by 5

1%2A6%2F%285%2A6%29+%2B+3%2A5%2F%286%2A5%29=-1%2F2+
6%2F30+%2B+15%2F30=-1%2F2+...now you can add them
%286+%2B+15%29%2F30=-1%2F2+
21%2F30=-1%2F2+......now divide each nominator with each denominator to see if you will get same result on both sides of the equation
0.7=-0.5+..as you can see left side is NOT equal to right side; so
since 0.7%3C%3E-0.5+, then we can say that 1%2F5+%2B+3%2F6%3C%3E-1%2F2+
