complementary angles = 90 degrees
if x angle = 10+4y angle
and x+y = 90,
then use substitution to solve
(10+4y) + y = 90
10 + 5y = 90
5y = 90-10
5y = 80
y = 16 degrees
x=4(16)+10 = 74 degrees

74+16=90
