You can put this solution on YOUR website!
z = (x - mu)/(sigma)

z = (3.99 - (-3.82))/(2.31)

z = (3.99 + 3.82)/(2.31)

z = (7.81)/(2.31)

z = 3.38095238095238

z = 3.38

So the answer is z = 3.38
