Solve for "y":
5y = -x + 5
y = (-1/5)x + 1
---
Let x = 0, then y = 1
Let x = 5, then y = 0
Let x = 10, then y = -1
Etc.

Set it up as a linear equation in the form of y = mx + b
...
x+5y=5 would be rearranged as
5y = -x + 5
Divide both sides by 5
y = -1/5x + 1
...
Choose any number for x and solve for y
lets choose 5 for x
y = -1/5(5) + 1
y = -1 + 1 = 0
(5,0)
lets choose 7 for x
y = -1/5(7) + 1
y = -7/5 + 1
y = -7/5 + 5/5
y = -2/5
(7, -2/5)
and so on...
