The offers are the same where their sales are $4,000. Nicole should accept the offer based on the expected sales.
When the sales are > $4000, Best Computers offers higher pay.
When the sales are < $4000, High Tech offers higher pay.

At $3000 sales
500 + .05(3000) = 500 + 150 = $650 at High Tech
400 + .075(3000) = 400 + 225 = $625 at Best Computers
At $5000 sales
