Question 663423: I'm very lost for this question. I tried it by myself and with my friend in math class and we keep getting confused. Please help!
Question: Solve
12=(m^2+5m)^2 + (m^2+5m)
Me and my friend had
12= (m^2 +5m)^2 + (m^2 +5m)
12 = (m^2 + 5m)(m^2 +5m) + (m^2 + 5m)
12 = m^4 +5m^3 +25m^2 +m^2 +5m
12= m^4 +10m^3 +25m^2 +m^2 +5m
12 = m^4 +10m^3 +26m^2 +5m
but then we got lost
Thank you in advance!
