You can put this solution on YOUR website!
4.692A+30=3.7A-.4 COMBINE THE As & THE NUMBERS THUS
4.692A-3.7A=-.4-30
.992A=-30.4 DIVIDE BOTH SIDES BY .992
A=-30.4/.992 REDUCE BY DIVIDING BOTH NUMERATOR & DENOMINATOR BY 16
A=-1.9/.062

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Solve:
4.692a+%2B+30+=+3.7a+-+0.4 First, get the variable a onto one side of the equation. You can do this by subtracting 3.7a from both sides.
4.692a+-+3.7a+%2B+30+=+3.7a+-+3.7a+-+0.4 Simplify this.
0.992a+%2B+30+=+-0.4 Now subtract 30 from both sides so that you will have the term with the variable, a, by itself.
0.992a+=+-30.4 Finally, divide both sides by 0.992 so that you have a single a on the left side.
a+=+%28-30.4%29%2F0.992 Simplify this.
a+=+-30.645 Approximately.
