a = 33 = lw
substituting l
33 = (4w-1)w
33 = 4w^2-w
4w^2 - w - 33 = 0
(4w+11)(w-3) = 0
4w+11=0 so w=-11/4 width cannot be negative
w-3=0 so w=3 yes
width = 3m
length = 4(3)-1=11m
