|Multiplying thru by (x-3)(x+3)(x+1) so as all denominators = 1

 (x+2)(x+1) + (x-3)(x+3)= (2x-3)(x-3)

x^2 + 3x + 2 + x^2 - 9 = 2x^2-9x + 9
