 a(10x^2-23x - 5)

 a(5x + 1)(2x -5)

Check Factoring Using FOIL (-23x is the sum of the outside and Inside terms) 

F	First terms   10x^2

O	Outside terms  -25x

I	Inside terms     2x

L	Last terms    -5
