+3x%2B2y=10 0r y = (-3/2)x + 5 , slope m = -3/2

New Line perpendicular to the above m = 2/3

y = (2/3)x + b  || using Pt(5,2) to solve for b

2 = %282%2F3%29%2A5+%2B+b

6%2F3-10%2F3+=+b

 - 4/3 = b

 y = (2/3)x -4/3
