-2x+y=1     (x,y) point (0,1)   and (-1/2,0) on this Line

                  -4%2A0%2B2y=-8    -4x%2B2%2A0=-8     

-4x+2y=-8    (x,y) point (0,-4)   and 2,0) on this Line
