You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Write the equation of the line L satisfying the given geometric conditions.
L has y-intercepts (0, -3) and is parallel to the line with equation y = 2/3x + 1.
---------
(0,-3) is the y-intercept.
Since L is parallel to y=(2/3x+1 L has a slope of 2/3
EQUATION of L: y=(2/3)x-3
