Question 659968: How do you solve the problem -x=0 for y-intercept and x-intercept

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x-intercept form of linear function is y=mx%2Bb

y-intercept is b if you set x=0
and
x-intercept is -b%2Fm if you set y=0
in your case -x=0, we see b=0 and m tends to infinity because x=-b%2Fm=0
if -x=0....=>...x=0
since x=0,b=0, then y=0 you have a point (not a line)
that point is (0,0) which is origin; so, x-intercept and y-intercept are both at (0,0)
