Please help me I have to form a chart and equation for the Algebra problem: Celia bought 12 apples, ate two of them, and sold the rest for 20 cents more per apple than she pain. Her total profit was $1.00. How much did she sell each apple for?

Let cost of each apple be A
Then she bought 12 apples for 12A
She will have 10 left after eating 2
Since she sold the 10 remaining for 20c more per apple, then she sold them for 10(A + 20), or 10A + 200
10A + 200 = 12A + 100
10A – 12A = 100 – 200
– 2A = - 100
A, or cost of each apple = , or 50c

She then sold each for 50 + 20, or c

========
Check
========
12 * 50c = 600c, or $6
10 * (50 + 20), or 10 * 70, or 700c, or $7
Profit = 7 – 6, or $1 (TRUE)
