I'm guessing as to your actual figure, but: (read "the measure of angle" in front of each of the angle designators)

ABD = ABC + CBD

CBE = DBE + CBD

But ABD and CBE are both right therefore congruent, so

ABC + CBD = DBE + CBD

Subtract the measure of CBD from both sides, then ABC = DBE, Q.E.D.
