This is supposed to be a fraction however I am new to this so I am unsure as to how to properly draw a line.
On another note I understand that I have to factor out the bottom fraction to get a LCD. I did that and got
LCD: (x+2)(x+7)
Problem is I do not know where to go from here. Please Help!!
