You can put this solution on YOUR website!
"Find the quotient and remainder of f(x)=x^3-4x^2+5x+5 divided by p(x)=x-1."
------------
Use synthetic division to get:
1)....1....-4....5....5
.......1....-3....2.|. 7
==============================
Quotient: x^2-3x+2
Remainder: 7

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
f(x)=x^3-4x^2+5x+5
%28x%5E3+-+4x%5E2+%2B+5x+%2B+5%29+%2F+%28x+-+1%29
I get x%5E2+-+3x+%2B+2 with remainder 7%2F%28x+-+1%29
It's a very straightforward long division.
check answer by multiplying by x-1
