The quotient of a number and 5: x/5
is: =
the same as the product of the number and 5: 5x
x/5 = 5x
5/x times x/5 equals x
1/5x times 5x/1 equals 1
x = 1
When I did the checkback, it was not equal: 1/5 = 5 x 1
