2 hundreds....-> cold be any digit from 0 to 9
if the tens digit is 9 more then the ones digit, then the tens digit could be only 9 because only 0%2B9=9
if the tens digit is 9, then the ones digit cold be only 0 because given that the tens digit is 9 more then the ones digit
