1-(1/k)^2 = 0.75
---
k = 2
----
So, u + 2s = 76.6
And u - 2s = 19.4
-----
Subtract to get:
4s = 57.2
s = 14.3 (that is the standard deviation)

Solve for "u":
u + 2*14.3 = 76.6
u = 76.6 - 28.6
u = 48 (that is the mean)
