You can put this solution on YOUR website!
13n - 12 <= -8 + 9n
4n <= 4
n <= 1

0......1......2......3......4......5.......6

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
13n-12%3C=-8%2B9n
4n-12%3C=-8
4n%3C=-8%2B12
4n%3C=4
n%3C=1
<===================(=)------------------------------->
       |      |      |      |      |      |      |
       -1    0       1      2      3      4      5

--------------------this below was wrong--------------------------------
n%3C=5--------after solving the inequality.

The solutions by  BOTH  @CubeyThePenguin  and  @josgarithmetic are INCORRECT.

I came to bring you the correct solution.

    13n - 12 <= -8 + 9n

    4n <= 4

    n <= 1

Solved.
