As a side: 0/9 is equal to zero. You can have 0 cookes out of 9 on the table.
9/0 is undefined. You can't have 9 cookies if there are none on the table. That's absurd!
Fractions read as "out of". 4/5 is "4 out of 5"
"Nine out of zero" is so silly!
