Y=4X-2 THE LINE PERPENDICULAR TO THIS LINE HAS A SLOPE OF -1/4.
NOW REPLACE X BY 4 & Y BY 2 IN THE LINE FORMULA.
2=-1/4*4+b
2=-1+b
b=2+1
b=3 THUS WE HAVE
Y=-X/4+3
