Perimeter of Rectangle(P) equals 2*Length plus 2*Width or P=2L+2W
Let W=width
Then Length (L)=5W-3
Sooooo
P=2*(5W-3)+2*W simplify
66=10W-6+2W add 6 to both sides
12W=72
W=6ft----width of rectangle
L=5*6-3=27 ft----length of rectangle

2*27+2*6=66
54+12=66
66=66
