After 5 minutes: 20
After 10 minutes: 20^20
20<100,000,000<20^20
So it takes between 5 and 10 minutes to reach 100,000,000
----------------
20^x=100,000,000
xlog20 = 8
x=8/(log20)
x=6.48974...
So 20^6.48974... is enough to produce 100,000,000 infected computers.
