(y^2+20y+100)-49x^2

(y+10)^2 - 49x^2

Check Factoring (y+10)(y+10) Using FOIL

F	First terms

O	Outside terms

I	Inside terms

L	Last terms

Again, might consider factoring twice depending on instructions given

(y+10)^2 - 49x^2

((y+10) + 7x)((y+10) - 7x)
