F(-4) = REMAINDER OBTAINED WHEN F(X) IS DIVIDED WITH X+4....HENCE.....
-4|1-1+1+1
...0-4+20-84
-------------------
...1-5+21-83
HENCE REMAINDER = -83
BY DIRECT SUBSTITUTION WE IND
F(-4) = -64-16-4+1 = -83
