(X+3)3+2X*3=54
3X+9+6X-54
9X=54-9
9X=45
X=45/9
X=5 IS THE WIDTH OF THE PATIO
2*5=10 THE LENGTH OF THE PATIO
THUS THE PATIO IS
10*5=50M^2
