2x-3y=6
2x-3*0=6
2x=6
x=3
(3,0)
------------
2*0-3y=6
-3y=6
y=6/-3
y=-2
(0,-2)
------------------
2*6-3y=6
12-3y=6
-3y=6-12
-3y=-6
y=-6/-3
y=2
(6,2)
There you have three points.
You plot them.

Add +3y+ to both sides

Subtract +6+ from both sides
