Key is The number is less than 30 and EVEN (can't be 19)
Even...having digits that would add to 10... could only be 28

the number is an even number
The sum of the digits is 10.
the digits are 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and 9

The sum of the 1%2B9=10, 2%2B8=10, 3%2B7=10 and 4%2B6=10...which one could be?
let's find it out doing elimination:
The sum of the 1%2B9=10...it could be number 19 and 91...eliminate 19 because the number is NOT an even
number,and eliminate 91 because the number is NOT less than 30
The sum of the 2%2B8=10..it could be number 28 and 82...eliminate 82 because the number is NOT less than 30
The sum of the 3%2B7=10..it could be number 37 and 73...eliminate both because they are NOT less than 30
The sum of the 4%2B6=10..it could be number 46 and 64...eliminate both because they are NOT less than 30
So, the number could be only a number 28 because it is an even number, and it is less than 30 .
