You can put this solution on YOUR website!
d = rt

10 = r(32/60)

10*60 = 32r

600 = 32r

600/32 = r

18.75 = r

r = 18.75

So her velocity is 18.75 kilometers per hour

Use the equalities

1000 m = 1 km

60 min = 1 hour

60 sec = 1 min

3600 sec = 1 hour

to convert that velocity to meters per second

I'll let you do this.

Meters is distance, not velocity.
------------
And, velocity is a vector, not the same as speed.
