You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let F = first score and S = second score

(F + S)/2 < 80

(F + F+6)/2 < 80

(2F+6)/2 < 80

2F+6 < 80*2

2F+6 < 160

2F < 160-6

2F < 154

F < 154/2

F < 77

So the first score was less than 77.

The second score was less than 83 (since 83 is 6 more than 77)
