P = 2L + 2W

320 = 2L + 2W

320 = 2(7W) + 2W

320 = 14W + 2W

320 = 16W

320/16 = W

20 = W

W = 20

L = 7W

L = 7*20

L = 140

So the length is 140 feet and the width is 20 feet
