Depends. Does he get paid for State-law mandated lunch and dinner breaks?

He was at work for 14 hours and 15 minutes. He gets paid for the 8 hours of straight time. That leave 6 and one-quarter hours of overtime OR LESS depending on whether or not he gets paid for his breaks and how long they are.
