7x^2 - {x^2 + 4 - x[x - 7x + 4]} + 7

7x^2 - {x^2 + 4 - x[-6x + 4]} + 7

7x^2 - {x^2 + 4 + 6x^2 - 4x} + 7

7x^2 - {7x^2 - 4x + 4} + 7

7x^2 - 7x^2 + 4x - 4 + 7

4x + 3

So the answer is 4x + 3
